Hi. I’m Anna. I’m a Minnesotan now based in New York City and—let’s be honest here—I’ve got a lot going on. I’m an actor, I’m a comedian, I’m an editor, I write funny things, but I also am a copywriter that writes not funny things, and I sing sometimes. Sometimes.

Here are some highlights from the cool things I’ve done that I think you should know about:

In 2018 I helped created The Nordly, a satire website with a focus on the upper Midwest, where I still write and serve as an editor. You can also find my humor writing on The Broadway Beat and Humor Darling.

From 2016-2018 I was a writer and correspondent for Minnesota Tonight, a monthly news satire show focused on Minnesota issues and policy at the Brave New Workshop in downtown Minneapolis.

As an improviser I’ve trained at The Upright Citizens Brigade New York and at HUGE Improv Theatre in Minneapolis and performed with The Bearded Company and Manners and Misconduct: Improvised Jane Austen.

As an actor I’ve performed onstage with Lyric Arts, Actor's Theater of Minnesota, Rinky Dink Operations, Sidekick Theatre, Sheep Theatre, Chameleon Theatre Circle, and The Black Hills Playhouse.

That’s all I’ve got. If you liked what you read, click around for a while.
